Teotihuacan Film Festival – From the Heart of History, Stories That Inspire the World

Festival Internacional de Cine de Teotihuacán

In 2025, Teotihuacán will be more than just a tourist destination—it will become the stage for the very first Teotihuacán International Film Festival (TIFF), an event aiming to establish our region as a meeting point for art, culture, and the powerful storytelling of cinema.

With the breathtaking landscape of the Valley as its backdrop, the festival opens its doors to filmmakers from Mexico and around the world. Its mission: to showcase a selection of short and medium-length films that reflect the creative and cultural diversity of our time.

🎥 A Chance to Tell Stories From and About Teotihuacan Film Festival

The TIFF is not only about screening quality films—it’s also about connecting our local community with the audiovisual language and positioning Teotihuacán as a cultural reference point. The festival features short (1–25 minutes) and medium-length films (26–45 minutes), including both fiction and documentary categories, open to creators worldwide.

If you’re a resident of San Juan Teotihuacán or San Martín de las Pirámides, you’re eligible for a full entry fee refund upon proof of residence—making it easier for local voices to be heard.
